3-20-11 Since it is a Sunday and the Tri- Canyons are closed to us- the regular operation from Snowbird base will go to American Fork, Canyons regular operations would go to Box Canyon and or the Sessions if we get a window to fly. The private based at Snowbird will likely go to Cascade or share AF. For the most recent plan call in the AM and ask for a guide 801-742-2800

- Powderbird provides guided access for the general public on specific permitted portions of the Uinta Wasatch Cache National Forest. Although we take dozens of skiers into the backcountry each day we use multiple helicopters to spread out our operations from Ogden to Provo in order to limit our use of popular and congested areas. We do not operate in Big, Little or Mill Creek Canyons (Tri-Canyon Area) on any Sundays, and most Mondays. Weather permitting we generally operate at least one helicopter somewhere in the Tri-Canyon Area the other days of the week.
