Thursday 3-6-14 WPG operated one small group in American Fork and Cascade. Increasing winds in front of this storm pushed us out of the field by mid-day.
Friday 3-7-14, if weather allows, we will have aircraft in Cardiff, Days, Silver, Mineral, Mill Creek, White Pine, Park City Terrain, American Fork, Cascade, and the Sessions. We may use a two-heli day in the Tri-Canyon Area as well. Give the office a call with any questions (801)742-2800.

- Powderbird provides guided access for the general public on specific permitted portions of the Uinta Wasatch Cache National Forest. Although we take dozens of skiers into the backcountry each day we use multiple helicopters to spread out our operations from Ogden to Provo in order to limit our use of popular and congested areas. We do not operate in Big, Little or Mill Creek Canyons (Tri-Canyon Area) on any Sundays, and most Mondays. Weather permitting we generally operate at least one helicopter somewhere in the Tri-Canyon Area the other days of the week.
