Today 1-1-2016 we operated in American Fork. We utilized the helicopters we have to find the best skiing from multiple peaks and drainages throughout the area. Saturday 1-2-2016 we will be giving up a Saturday of operations in the Tri-Canyon Area in order to earn the future use of a Monday in the Tri-Canyons, which is allowed by our permit. Although we take dozens of skiers into the backcountry each day we use multiple helicopters to spread out our operations from Ogden to Provo in order to limit our use of popular and congested areas. We do not operate in Big, Little or Mill Creek Canyons (Tri-Canyon Area) on any Sundays, and most Mondays. Weather permitting we generally operate at least one helicopter somewhere in the Tri-Canyon Area the other days of the week.
